Return Policy

At Lau Martial Club, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise, apparel, and cultural artifacts. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below for purchases made through our official platforms.

 

1. Physical Merchandise & Apparel

• Eligibility: Unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel, gear, and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must include original tags and packaging.

   

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-embroidered items, special-order martial arts weapons, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival.

   

2. Lion Dance Bookings & Deposit Terms

• Deposits: Performance and event bookings require a non-refundable deposit (ranging from 20% to 50% depending on the scale of the booking) to secure your date and cover initial preparation costs.

   

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled performance date may receive a refund of any balance paid beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

   

3. Membership & Training Tuition

Monthly tuition fees and introductory trial package payments are non-refundable. If you need to pause or cancel your membership, please notify club administration prior to your next billing cycle.
